This is my fourth year teaching at Beaver Lake and I love my job! I was born & raised in New Jersey ("what exit?") the youngest of three children and graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. After 10 years working in advertising in New York, I moved to Seattle in 1994. I live in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Besides skiing, hiking, bicycling and golf, my major passions are the two antique cars that I own, a 1962 Chrysler Newport and a 1967 Dodge Polara. I have also been fascinated by old ocean liners since I was little and have stored away far too much trivia about them, including the Titanic. And by the end of the year, students will be able to explain the connection between dividing fractions and The Poseidon Adventure! ...yes, really :-)
