Understanding scores in Family Access...

Your child will receive two scores each week.

The 'assignments' score indicates the assignments your child turned in for the week. These assignments are starters (computation practice) and collected book related assignments. If your child receives a low score for the week it means that your child hasn't turned in all the assignments for that week. If their assignment is missing they should check the 'no names' basket and their binder and turn in the assignment.

The 'class points' score indicates the number of daily points your child earned. Each child receives 5 daily points. They lose points if they aren't prepared for class. Being prepared for class means having all materials ready at the beginning of class... book, math binder, pencil, red correcting pen, and completed assignment. They can also lose points for inappropriate behavior.

Test, Quiz, and Computation scores will also be posted in Family Access.
